Full Description

This technical report is an overall description of the service from a user's point of view. It also deals with the mailbox provider's perspectives in a context of amultiple mailbox providers. The service is network independant and applies to various notifications of events (e.g. Voicemail, email, etc.). Reference document: ETS 300 650.
