GMR-1 Specification: This specifies the radio subsystem link control implemented in the Mobile Earth Station (MES), the gateway station (GS) and the Mobile Switching Center (MSC) of the geosynchronous earth orbit mobile satellite communications system operating in the L-band spectrum.
