Legal Issues: Licensing in Multiple Jurisdictions

A client has recently expanded into a nearby state, or a project has presented itself in another state. If you are aprofessional engineer and you do not hold a current professional registration in the state in which the project islocated, what do you have to do to obtain licensure? Is it even required? This article addresses these questions andthe requirements for multi-state professional licensure by comity or endorsement.
