Business and Management: Legal Ramifications Of Unethical Engineering
If the states licensing entity finds that an engineer engaged in unethical engineering conduct, the entity may impose one or more of the following punishments on the engineer: licensure revocation, licensure sanction, license probation, censure, reprimand and monetary fine.
