Business and Management: Minimizing Liability
Although risk management is critical to any engineering firm, risk prevention is equally important. This article describes means of preventing legal disputes and litigation, minimizing an engineers liability. It also introduces engineers to liability mitigation by describing various risk prevention means and methods available to building design engineers.
