Chilled Water Plant Savings at No Cost

This article describes changes to the central chilled water plant controls logic at NASAs Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Ala. The logic change allows operating chillers to be fully loaded before starting the next machine. The change required no capital cost and is saving more than $85,000 a year.
