Retrocommissioning for a University Library
California State University, East Bay, in Hayward, Calf., participated in the 200405 University of California/California State University/Investor Owned Utility Energy Efficiency Partnership Program1 through the implementation of monitoring based commissioning (MBCx) at the universitys library building.
