Energy Management with Building Automation

With energy costs rapidly rising, its vital for buildings to be retrofitted for energy management using building automation systems (BAS). This article briefly analyzes the issues and priorities for specifying, purchasing and designing a BAS to manage energy (EMS) in HVAC facilities, with high efficiency, low environmental impact and within a reasonable budget.
