Operations and Maintenance: Improving System Performance Through Benchmarking

The ASHRAE Technical Committee on Building Owning and Operating Costs (TC 7.8) has created a database of HVAC installed costs and maintenance costs that ultimately will be accessible through an interactive Web site. The availability of real-time data will help improve the accuracy and reliability of decisions based on life-cycle evaluations.
