2001 ASHRAE Technology Awards: Low-Temperature Supply Air for Corporate Campus
Denver software company J.D. Edwards decided to consolidate its operations into one location and become the owner of its office space. The result is a campus of four office buildings. Building 1 was completed when the author became involved with the project, so this article concerns Buildings 2, 3 and 4. It was decided that each building was to stand alone so each could be sold separately in the event of an exit from this site. Thus, a central plant was ruled out in the planning phase.
