Full Description

In the 2nd phase the standardization approach, relevant issues, actions and further work which should be undertaken within ETSI, will be analysed and presented. The GMM report and GMM Companion document will be studied. The conclusions will define the Standardization scenario, including identification of standards proposed to be produced by ETSI.
