Specification of how to deliver vertical blanking information from analogue PAL/SECAM/NTSC systems in DVB streams using the DVB Service Information standard (EN 300 468). This standard is designed to operate in conjunction with the DVB standard for the delivery of ITU-R System B Teletext through DVB streams (EN 300 472).
