Full Description

This standard applies to a VM&P (Varnish Makers and Painters) Naphtha type petroleum distillate for use as a paint thinner, and for other purposes where a product of higher volatility than thinner conforming to CAN/CGSB-1.4-M is suitable, and where no minimum flash point is stipulated.
